Exercise can make you smarter!

High impact exercise, like running or kickboxing, increases the blood flow to your brain. This gives your brain much needed glucose and oxygen for fuel!

Low impact exercise such as swimming or biking is excellent for cardiovascular conditioning and longevity. It is easier on the joints if you’re older or suffer from chronic pain and injuries.

No matter what, you can experience great benefits just by getting moving!
