Ladies get into the weight room!

You don’t have the capacity to bulk up like a man. But you can be toned, sexy and curvy from weight training. Get over  the stigma and realize these simple facts:

1) Muscles burn more calories than fat. So you can consume a few more HEALTHY calories.

2) Muscles weigh more that fat. So don’t get freaked out on the scale.

3) You’ll see definition and tone as you lose inches in different areas of your body. You will look so much HOTTER in your clothes!
